Graphic Design Project Description: I prefer to work with designers located: TORONTO ONLY will need to meet. Number of pages (approx): 5 My Industry: ticket broker business cards. Introduction ______ is a ticket broker now branching out into other services in travel. We are taking a hard look at our marketing and seek a design firm or independent professional that can assist in a variety of capacities. The company is being renamed ?_____?, as our service is a discounted ticket perk for employees of our clients. The Stipulations You?re probably a full-time freelance designer. Why? Because we expect you to be responsive and live up to your promises. We?ve let two designers go for failures in this area. We?re not difficult to please; a reply to an email within 24 hours is not a tall request. The Tasks Ahead An entirely new ecommerce site will be rolled out in late June. With that release comes a long list of new marketing opportunities. We don?t want to wait 6 weeks to upgrade our marketing and see this as an opportunity to introduce some new design elements, get the consumers familiar with them and change the color schemes and branding when the site is ready for launch. Our business is largely driven by email campaigns. Since we are not graphics experts, we look to you for assistance with a variety of templates that we can manipulate and customize for the occasion as necessary. Here?s what we need in the coming weeks: Launch email template This is an email that is sent to the employees to inform them that they have access to our perk program. The content will not change that much, images will. Re-Launch template This is a new email we need to remind the employees that they have access to our program and encourages them to register. Newsletters Currently we don?t do any segmenting. Bob who is 71 gets the same email as 21 year old Jane. This is due to change. We will need to craft a wide variety of emails based on segmentation. The content will change, the images will change. Hopefully one template will do. The above items are priority, though we need to start work on the following items now in time for the site launch in late June for _____: Logo Business cards Possibly stationery Tag line maybe Color scheme for website and design tips Given proper direction, we will develop the content for the emails but always listen to ideas that make sense.
